Perinton Joint Training Facility
This live burn facility allows for the 3 main Perinton fire departments to conduct live fire training in a residential, commercial and high-rise type scenarios. It also provides us the ability to conduct roof operations, ladder operations as well rescue operations right here in Perinton.
The facility opened in 2013 with support from the Town of Perinton and the Bushnell's Basin and Fairport Fire Departments. We also allow neighboring departments in Monroe County & Wayne County to train at the facility.
It will be receiving some upgrades in the Spring of 2023 to further enhance the training capability of the facility.
